National Craft Month

There are crafts for every taste. From very simple to complex and detailed. They can be lots of fun, used to entertain children, to showcase a family history, to hang out with friends, crochet or knit gifts for family or yourself. The library has ideas and books on many different crafts. Have fun learning something new or spending time with a craft you already know.

Babies and Bubbles!

What is more precious than toddlers chasing bubbles! Every Thursday morning at 10:30 we have Babytime...books, songs, fingerplays and lots of giggles! Don't miss the fun!

Book Sale

The Crosby Friends of the Library are having a book sale Friday, March 5 from 1 pm to 6 pm and Saturday, March 6 from 10 am to 5 pm. There will be hardback books, paperbacks, magazines and other items for sale. An inexpensive way to buy books and support the library at the same time. The money pays for Summer Reading Programs, crafts, and other things for the library. Come shop till you drop, or at least can't carry any more.

Book Club

Join our book club in reading Rita Mae Brown's The Tail of the Tip-Off, a whodunit staring feline, Mrs. Murphy and corgi Tee Tucker, with friend Pewter. Their human owner, "Harry" Haristeen is on the trail again to solving the murders with her animal friends.

Our goup will meet on Monday, March 15 at 11 am. Ask at the desk for copies of the book and where to meet. We would be glad to have you join.

Making Valentines for Someone Special

Storytime is even more fun when you make things for someone you love! Valentines are a special way to say I love you and thanks for just being you. Crafts, reading books and just being silly are part of Storytime for children ages 3-5. Mark your calendars for each Tuesday at 10:30 am and for Babytimes on Thursdays at 10:30. Don't miss the fun!
