Galveston Bay Area Scale Modelers

We are pleased to announce that the Galveston Bay Area Scale Modelers Association (GBASMA) will now be meeting regularly at Freeman as a library program!  GBASMA will meet the fourth Monday of each month beginning at 6:30 PM in the Children's Activity Space (except for December).  This outstanding group of makers constructed the International Space Station model permanently on display in the rotunda and have plans to detail a Delta IV model expected also to be on display in the rotunda very soon.

GBASMA is a chartered member of the International Plastic Modelers Society (IPMS).  Monthly meetings offer participants the opportunity to present each others' current projects, share new modeling techniques, answer modeling questions, and promote the hobby.  We hope to see you there!
