Firetruck coming to Freeman Library on Friday, April 10 at 10:00 am

 The Houston Fire Department will be visiting Freeman Library on Friday morning at 10:00 am.  Firefighters with the Houston Fire Department's Station No. 72 will bring their firetruck to the Diana Lane side of the library.  Children will have an opportunity to meet the firefighters and hop on a firetruck for some fun.   Grownups are encouraged to bring a camera to take pictures of the visit.

TGIF Programs & CLASP Present "Helping Veterans Transition from Combat to College" this Friday


TGIF Programs and the Clear Lake Association of Senior Programs (CLASP) will meet this Friday at 10:30 AM in the Marge Jacobson Community Room. Trisha Ruiz, Coordinator, UHCL Veteran Services Office, will speak to us about assisting former military personnel in pursuing academic goals.

Adults – starting Tuesday, April 7, you can stop by the upstairs Reference Desk, to pick up your own Adult Crafts-To-Go kit. We look forward to making a wreath pin in April.
