Adults - Monday, 12/10 @ 7 PM - Freeman Mystery Book Group - Holiday Mysteries


The Freeman Mystery Book Group is a gathering of mystery book enthusiasts. No registration is required. A new author is chosen each month.

For the December meeting, we will get into the season by discussing holiday mysteries. Read any holiday mystery and come share your thoughts, or just tell us what mysteries you’ve been reading!

December Book Club features an icy tale on Wednesday, December 12 @ 4:30 pm

   Want to find out about a festive book for the family to read this holiday break?  Join us on Wednesday, December 12 at 4:30 pm to hear about Ellen Bryan Obed's "Twelve Kinds of Ice".  This program is recommended for children who have started reading or families who would like to read this together.  We have copies of the book at the Kids Information Desk.   We'll have a fun craft after talking about the book.   Tickets are required.  They are free and will be given out starting 30 minutes before the program.   Thank you to the Friends of Freeman Library for supporting this program with craft supplies.

Santa Claus is coming to town...Freeman Library tonight at 5:30 pm

Santa Claus will be making his annual visit to Freeman Library this evening from 5:30-7:00 pm.   Santa Claus will greet children and then sit down with them on an individual basis.  Grown-ups are welcome to take a picture of this fun and festive meeting.   This program is recommended for children from infants through twelve years old.  Free tickets will be given out starting at 5:00 pm.   The tickets will be numbered and Santa will meet with the children in number order.
