Adults - The TGIF Programs Tech Q&A Series Returns Friday Morning @ 10:30! Let's talk about the technology issues concerning you! People from Freeman Library will be here to address questions about desktops/laptops, smartphones, digital tablets, HCPL eMedia, and more.

Celebrate Chinese New Year with a Lion Dance on Saturday, January 21 at 2:00 pm

Celebrate Chinese New Year with a Lion Dance on this Saturday, January 21 @ 2:00 pm.  Check out this amazing combination of stamina and dexterity as several dancers dressed in huge costumes perform to traditional Chinese instruments.   This fun family outing lasts about 30 minutes and requires no tickets.  It will be held in the parking lot of the Diana Lane side of the library.

Family Storytime on Saturday, January 21 @ 11:00 am

Our next Family Storytime will be held this Saturday, January 21 at 11:00 am.  Children and their families are invited to hear funny stories and songs in the Children's Department.  No tickets are needed for this family outing that lasts about 30 minutes.  This program is held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month.

LEGO Robotics Camp returns in February

The LEGO Robotics Camp returns to Freeman for four Saturdays starting February 11.  This free camp is held in the Children's Activity Space.  It is recommended for children 7-11 years old.  The children learn engineering and robotics concepts as well as cooperation and teamwork.   .
