The Clear Lake City - County Freeman Branch Library continues its celebration of the upcoming 2013 Clear Lake Greek Festival tomorrow, Thursday, April 25th at 6:00 PM. We’re having a Mango Languages database demonstration, using the Greek language.

TGIF Programs Friday Film Series Continues on 4/26!

The TGIF Programs Friday Film Series continues this Friday, April 26th. We look forward to viewing a beloved 1934 romantic comedy starring Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert. The title of the movie is to be announced. It will begin at 10:15 AM.

Celebrate Earth Day with Recycled Crafts!

        The Children's Department will be celebrating Earth Day on Monday, April 22 at 4:30 pm with some fun crafts made from recycled materials: egg cartons, stickers, beads and lots of other items.  Children ages 5 and above are encouraged to come and let their imagination lead them in making fun items.

Tickets are required.  They are free and available at the Kids Information Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.

Genealogy: Researching Texan Ancestors
