Saturday is Daughters of the Republic of Texas Lineage Day @your library!

On March 2, 1836, settler declared their independence from Mexico. What better way to celebrate than to check out the Daughters of the Republic of Texas!  Please join us on Saturday, March 2nd at 10:00 AM in the Marge Jacobson Community Room. Members from the Bluebonnet Branch Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas educate those interested on how to join and how best to start their research.

You're Invited to a Birthday Bash ...for Dr. Seuss!

        Join us Thursday evening February 28 at 6:30 pm for a birthday celebration for Dr. Seuss.  We'll have stories, activities, fun songs, and lots of laughter as we celebrate some of the many creations of this beloved children's author.  The program is aimed at preschool age children as well as school age children.  Adults are invited to celebrate with their young ones.  Tickets are required.  They are free and available at the Kids Information Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.

TGIF Programs - Friday Film Series - This Friday!
