SCORE Houston Presents Business Planning Workshop

Join us Saturday, July 20th from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. in the Community Room for a business planning workshop presented by Jeff Jones and SCORE Houston.  SCORE Houston describes this program in the following way:

In all phases of a small business, whether you're ready to start a business or are in the process of growing your successful small business, writing a business plan is more than a document. It is your path forward, a road map. It is a planning process that will help your business be more successful!

There's s-n-a-k-e-s in the library!

Thomas "The Snakeman" Davis will be bringing snakes to Freeman Library today (July 11) for shows at 2:30 and 3:30 pm.   Mr. Davis will show and talk about the snakes and then allow the audience to hold some of them.

This program is recommended for children 5 years old and older.  Tickets are required.  They are free and will be distributed 30 minutes before each session.

Freeman Library is open 1-9 pm on Thursdays.  This program is always popular, so we recommend that you come early to the library and look at some of our displays while you are waiting.  This program is funded by the generous donations of the Friends of Freeman Library.
