Girl Scout IP:E! - Photography, Part II

The Clear Lake City-County Freeman Branch Library continues the Girl Scout “Interest Project: Exploration” program on Monday, November 15th at 4:30 pm. This particular workshop will feature work towards the “Photography” Interest Project Award, assisting older Girl Scouts in accomplishing certain steps towards the "Photography" Interest Project Award. The "Photography, Part II" workshop will take place in the Computer Lab which is located on the second floor.

under50over - Learn about Chiropractic Massage

 Dr. Adrianna Warren will speak about the benefits of Chiropractic Massage in this Friday's under50over program.
 
This will take place in the Marge Jacobson Community Room on the first floor of the library. The presentation will begin at 10:30 am. Please contact the Reference Desk at (281) 488-1906 or visit us on the Second Floor for more information. Refreshments are provided by the Friends of Freeman.

 

Teen Read Week: Books with Beat

books with beat logoJoin us in celebrating Teen Read Week, October 17th through October 23rd. Teen Read week is an annual celebration of reading for fun and entertainment. You can celebrate Teen Read Week: Books with Beat by reading poetry, books about music, or anything you enjoy or listening to audio books. You can also join us in the Teen Zone to celebrate with special Teen Read Week Events!

under50over's Dance Demo

Toddler Open Gym on Friday October 15

Looking for something fun to do with your toddler this Friday morning?  Join us for Toddler Open Gym from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the Children's Department.  We will have a tunnel, educational games, musical instruments, and lots of books to check out.  You will not need tickets to get into this program.  Just come and enjoy the fun!
