Polar Express Train Display & I Spy In The Train Village

During the month of December, visit the Atascocita Library to experience our Christmas winter wonderland! You can create an ornament for the Christmas tree, see the amazing train display, or play I Spy!  The Polar Express travels in and around the whimsical Department 56 Snow Village. Four train sets, and a trolley populate this vintage village. The 12’ x 6’ model train display is available to see anytime the library is open.  However, if you would like to see it while it is running you will need to check the train schedule below.

Extend your child's experience with books. Chuga, Chuga, Choo Choo!

How to Renew Items

I am excited to let everyone know that our online renewal system has been updated, and renewals will now be calculated by your original due date.  I know that this will make many of you very happy!
For those of you who are not sure how to renew your items online I would like to take a moment to walk you through the process. I will be focusing on how to renew physical items (books, dvds, cds, etc...) that you have checked out at the library; this post will not deal with renewing digital materials. You can learn about renewing digital items here.
Please remember that we are here to help. So, if you have any additional questions please feel free to contact your local branch, post comments below or use the “Ask a Librarian” feature on our website.
