Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving Meal PictureThanksgiving Dinner will be served to the La Porte community on Monday, November 23, at New Hope Baptist Church, 222 N. Fourth St. from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This dinner is provided through a joint effort of New Hope Baptist Church and St. Mark’s United Methodist Church. “Come and enjoy a free home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner”. Gold Card Provides Free Admission to LPISD Events for Senior Citizens

Logo from LPISD websiteAny resident of the La Porte ISD area who is 60 years of age or older is eligible to receive a Gold Card that gives free admission to:

-all school programs, plays, and musical performances
-general admission seating at all La Porte ISD athletic events (for home games only)
These Gold Cards can be obtained free of charge through the Communications Department of the district, located at 1002 San Jacinto St in La Porte.
