Juggler Matt Tardy Comes to the Children's Library on Monday, July 23rd!

  Get ready for Juggler Matt Tardy on Monday, July 23rd at 3 pm in the Children's Area!  This high-energy show features comedy, amazing feats of strength and flexibility, audience interaction and world-class juggling!  Tickets are required for this program.  They are FREE are handed out 45 minutes prior to the start time in the Children's Area!  

Musician Andy Roo and the Rooniverse in the Children's Area!

  Get ready for the musical fun of Andy Roo and the Rooniverse on Monday, July 16th at 3 pm in the Children's Area! All ages are invited to go on a journey to the AndyRooniverse - a children's music project of producer/singer/songwriter Andrew Karnavas — a magical town created by the ever-expanding landscape of children’s imaginations, where you’ll encounter swinging monkeys, a friendly platypus, Silly Sal the Salamander, and a big balloon that will whisk you away to a whole universe of exciting animated characters!   This program requires tickets.  They are FREE and available 45 minutes prior to the start time in the Children's Area of the Library.  

Tomball Library Community Novel

orange typewriter The Tomball Library’s first community novel, Air Within a Jade, is coming along nicely, with four chapters out of twenty released. If you’ve been following along from the beginning, we are sure you’re anxious to see what comes next. If you haven’t yet started reading, what are you waiting for?

Don’t forget to read the author bios on the website to find out more about the community members lending their writing skills to the novel!

Living History: Vikings in the Library!

  Journey back to the time of the Vikings this Wednesday, July 11th from 3-5 pm on the 1st floor of the Library!  Learn about Norse Gods and mythology, famous vikings in history, armor, viking journeys, viking dress, language, art and architecture along with photo booth fun and a live performance featuring Thor and Freya!  This is a museum style exhibit with hands on activities for all ages to enjoy!  

SSSSSnakes in the Children's Library!

  This Monday, July 2nd at 3pm, Snakes will be at the Library! Texas Snakes & More will be in the Children's Area with snakes and other small reptiles found in Texas! Kids young and old (along with their parents) will have an opportunity to learn all about these slithery creatures. This program requires tickets to attend. They are FREE and available 45 minutes prior to the start time in the Children's Area. Ssssssee you then!
