If you've ever wondered about the craft of writing a screenplay, then you'll want to be at the Clear Lake City-County Freeman Branch Library on Wednesday, August 29th, at 7:00 P.M.! In partnership with the Gulf Coast Film and Video Festival [2], scheduled for Thursday, September 13th, through Sunday, September 16th, local producer and screenwriter Michelle Mower will present a free program on the ins-and-outs of putting together a screenplay for independent film. Mower is heavily involved and credited within the Texas film community, and her debut film, The Preacher’s Daughter [3], is scheduled to premiere on the Lifetime Movie Network on August 31st of this year.
