I'm reorganizing my diet after reading The Happiness Diet [2]by Tyler Graham and Drew Ramsey. I knew that eating things like sugar would make me peppy at first and crash me later, but I didn't realize how certain vitamins and minerals can affect the actual workings of my brain.
