[2]We hear a great deal nowadays about buying local and eating local, but what about reading local? I was preparing a presentation about hosting an author visit and it made me think about the talented and wide-ranging crop of local writers available in the romance genre.
The library is a place to encourage discovery. If you haven't read the authors below, why not sample from the library catalog and think about adding the ones you like to your own bookshelf or eReader. If any of the authors on the list below have left the area, I'm sure they won't mind if we claim them for Houston!
