Please be aware of an OverDrive app update on Tuesday, May 28, that will affect ALL Apple iOS devices running the OverDrive app. After downloading the OverDrive app update the associated Adobe ID will deauthrorize on any iOS mobile device running the app.
Reauthorize your Adobe ID:
To reauthorize, please follow the steps below after downloading the update:
Open the OverDrive app
Navigate to Get Books
Reenter your Adobe ID email and password
If you currently have titles downloaded to your device, you must use the same Adobe ID to continue using those titles.
Help with Adobe ID
- If you can't remember your Adobe ID email, you can verify which email you previously used. Please visit Adobe - Sign in , click Trouble signing in, enter your email address, click Reset password. If you get the following error message, "The provided email address could not be matched to an account on file. Please try again," try another email address you may have used.
- If you can't remember your Adobe ID password, please visit Adobe - Sign in , click Trouble signing in, enter your email address, click Reset password. A password reset link will be sent to your email Inbox.
