Tuesday, June 11, 10:20 AM - 11:30 AM: Chair Yoga. Join Ms. Cathy for a low-impact yoga class that incorporates chairs for support. Mats will be provided or bring your own. Please wear comfortable attire and bring a water bottle.
Tuesday, June 18. 10:20 AM - 11:30 AM: Line Dancing Demonstration. Join Ms. Kay for a fun hour of line dancing! Be sure to wear comfortable attire.
Programs are open to individuals 18 and older. Registration is recommended as space is limited; walk-ins are welcome. Registrants who don’t show up by 10:30 AM may lose their spot to walk-ins. Register by calling 281-360-6804, via our Events Calendar , or visiting us at 4400 Bens View Lane.
