Looking for something free and creative for the children to do on these hot... hot... hot.. June days? Join us this Thursday, June 27 for a "Not a Box" Craft at 2:30 and 3:30 pm. We'll have small to medium sized boxes and lots of colorful items to use in decorating the creations. This program is recommended for children ages 3 years and older.
Tickets are required. They are free and available starting 30 minutes before each session of the program. We will be distributing the tickets at 2:00 pm for the 2:30 pm session and 3:00 pm for the 3:30 pm session. This program was popular last year, so we recommend that you come early and look for books. Freeman Library is open 1-9 pm on Thursdays.
Due to space limitations, only one adult will be admitted per child. Also, strollers will not be admitted into the room.
If your child has signed up for the Summer Reading Program, please bring their reading passport so that we can give them a sticker or stamp during the program. If your child has not signed up for the Summer Reading Program, please stop by the Kids Information Desk to find out how to register for summer reading.
