Are the dog days of summer starting to get boring? Consider visiting the library in the upcoming weeks for fun and active programs for adults!
On Saturday, July 27th, from 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM, we will have a Zumba fitness class presented by Embody Fitness Center . This is a one time program so you won't want to miss out! Zumba is a cardio class that will get you moving to beats like salsa and hip hop.
For the adventurous at heart, come to our one-time Belly Dance class on Monday, July 29th, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Learn basic belly dance moves with professional Belly Dancer, Gabriela.
Both classes are free and open to individuals 18 and older. Registration is required as space is limited. Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to ensure your spot. If you register and do not show up by the start time, your spot may be given up to a walk-in. Be sure to dress comfortably and bring a towel and water bottle.
