Kingwood area teens, grades 6-12, are invited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by decorating Day of the Dead themed Sugar Skulls! This program will take place Saturday, September 28th in the second floor Teen Area. The program will start at 11am, and will run until 4pm or until supplies run out.
These Day of the Dead Sugar Skulls are made from sugar, meringue powder, and water; they will be decorated with colored royal icing and/or food markers. All materials are generously provided by FOLK, but supplies are limited. Questions? Please contact Leanne, YA Librarian, 281-360-6804.
