Tis the season to be jolly, not be broke!
Here is a simple list of paper crafts you can do to de-stress, save a few dollars, and be green. As you can see from the photo below, I took a poster (actually 2 posters) to make bows and an envelope. If you have an old magazine lying around, check out the tutorials below to see how you can re-fashion it to something new. This is also an excellent craft to do with kids and teens. D.I.Y. Envelopes: All of the tutorials I came across require an already made envelope to use as a template. This tutorial  can work with any size of envelope you wish to make, even the large 8 1/2 x 11 ones!
Gift Wrap: You can get creative using brightly designed magazine pages or newsprint. Other ideas include using children's art (on construction or butcher paper). Check out this tutorial  on how to use organic materials to stamp your own gift wrap.
