Switch: How to Change Things When Change is HardThere are some absolutes in life.  One big one is: “Change is inevitable.”  I’ve just started reading Chip & Dan Heath’s latest book Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard [2].  It’s more of a story-driven narrative about how everyday people work together to make dramatic changes in their businesses and communities.
