Un Curso de Meditación

Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at the Aldine Library. Are you feeling stressed? Ms. Ginger Clark, an instructor at the Universidad de las Américas in the state of Puebla, Mexico, will offer a bilingual introductory class on Vipassana, an ancient meditation technique. The class will be held in the Meeting Room on Saturaday, September 10th at 3 PM. See you there!
