KinderMorgan Foundation grant for Juvenile Overdrive

KinderMorgan Foundation granted FOLK – Friends of the Library-Kingwood $5,000.00 to purchase downloadable digital media children’s books, targeting the pre-school/kindergarten through fifth grade ages.  These included eBooks and eAudio materials.  A few of the titles in eBook format include Bud, Not Buddy [2]by Christopher Paul Curtis and Stargirl [3] by Jerry Spinelli.  Newly added eAudio titles include King of the Wind [4]by Marguerite Henry and The Cheshire Cheese Cat [5]by Carmen Agra Deedy.   For more on this story go to http://kingwoodfolk.org [6].
