Another of the great SF authors has passed away. Ray Bradbury (August 22, 1920 — June 5, 2012) is the author of SF classics such as Fahrenheit 451 [2], The Martian Chronicles [3], and The Illustrated Man [4]. Not only that, Mr. Bradbury was an ardent supporter of libraries and in 2009 stated, "Libraries raised me....I believe in libraries because most students don’t have any money. When I graduated from high school, it was during the Depression and we had no money. I couldn’t go to college, so I went to the library three days a week for 10 years."
