The Bear Creek Book Club met on Wednesday, July 7th to discuss the book Shanghai Girls by Lisa See. They will be meeting again on Wednesday, August 4th at 7 PM to discuss the book Our Man in Havana by Graham Greene. All are welcome to attend!

Title to be discussed:  Miss Julia Speaks Her Mind, by Ann B. Ross.  Date of meeting: Tuesday, July 13, 6:30pm.  Summary: Wealthy widow of a minister learns to speak her mind.  The book is funny, light-hearted and fast paced.

Spanish speakers, join us as we meet monthly for a book discussion.  On Wednesday, July 7, at 6:00p.m.,  we will discuss De Cómo las Muchachas García Perdieron el Acento by Julia Alvarez.
