Below is a list of activity categories with suggestions. It is not meant to be comprehensive. It is a list of some possibilities. Read 10 / Do 10 is about seeing where your imagination and feet lead you.

Read! Books, podcasts, graphic novels, magazines
Build! Legos, house of cards, coding
Create! Crafts & art
Imagine! Listen to, tell, or write a story
Move! Walk, bike, swim, dance
Join! Get a library card & go to a library event
Play! A game
Go! Visit a museum, zoo, park, or historical site
Explore! Visit a new place, try a new food
Solve! A puzzle, a math problem
Interact! With a friend, family, or pets
Give! Volunteer, donate your books to the Friends of the Library, help someone

Free programs and events will be available throughout the summer at all Harris County Public Library branches. For information, go to Events & Programs.

Activities

Not sure how activities work. I know you can tap a button to log a create, but is there somewhere to log what you did or upload a pic.

We don't have a method for participants to upload pictures to the site (except for the profile pic), If you don't want to just choose from the activity boxes on the right of the screen, you can put a description of your activity in the title box (e.g. Went to the Zoo, Knitted a Scarf, Walked in a Park). You can always share pics on our Facebook page! www.facebook.com/harriscountypl
