The White House

The President and Vice President are elected to four year terms.  The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution established a two term limit.

President George W. Bush & Vice President Dick Cheney (R) were elected to a second term in the White House in the 2004 election.  Their primary opponents were John Kerry & John Edwards (D).  Bush's term ends in 2008.
