Hispanic Heritage month begins on September 15th and continues through October 15th. The 15th marks the independence of five Hispanic countries: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. In addition, Mexico celebrates it's independence on September 16th and Chile on September 18th.
