A Rhyme and Reason

Did you know that April is National Poetry Month? Inaugurated by the Academy of American Poets in 1996, National Poetry Month is the largest literary celebration in the world.  The Aldine Library will be celebrating poetry’s vital place in our culture throughout the month. We will be reading poems over the library loud speaker to expose everyone in the library to our collection. Get ready to hear some good poetry!

The Friend's of the Library shop is open for business!

Now we hope you have all seen, and gotten some reading materials from our Friend's of the Library book sale. And we know you've gotten a pair of head phones at our front desk. Did you know we have also been selling manilla folders, pens, and pencils?

And if that isn't exciting enough for you our friend's group has just started selling chips!
