Well, this should include access to plenty of reading material, movies and TV shows!  Our eMedia class on Wednesday, June 1 at 4:30 p.m. will go over how to download FREE books and magazines from Overdrive. Also, how to stream movies/TV shows on Hoopla. Bringing your mobile devices (iPad/Android/Kindle, etc.) is optional but recommended.

Polish up your resume in our class on Wednesday, May 11 at 6:00 p.m.  The class will focus on basic resume techniques: formatting, fonts, punctuation, titles, etc., using Microsoft Word 2013. Basic computer skills are strongly recommended. There will be time set aside for a Q&A session towards the end of the class.

Asian-Pacific Festival This Saturday

Asia map courtesy of Clker.comLet the festivities begin! Our annual Asian-Pacific Festival features many Asian countries this year with music, crafts, and food. Don't miss it on Saturday, 5/07 from 1:00-3:30pm. 


The young adult book club will meet in May after taking a month off.  The book to be discussed is the awesome graphic novel, Nimona by Noelle Stevenson.  Stop by the library and pick up your copy at the front desk.  The discussion is sure to be lively!  The group will meet on Tuesday, May 10 at 5:30 p.m. and is open to all teens.  Hope to see you there!

Gen Squad Webinar - Researching the Cluster

One strategy for finding the ancestor playing hide-and-seek is to research their cluster: the neighbors and family living and often migrating with them.
