Origami for Everyone!

OrigamiIn honor of Asian/Pacific-American Heritage Month, on Thursday, May 18, from 4:30-5:30 pm, we will have origami projects for all ages and skill levels! We will also provide authentic Asian-style snacks. Come and join the fun!

You might also qualify for transportation assistance, personal care services, private duty nursing, medical equipment and supplies, help in making changes to your home so you can move around safely, or other types of assistance. Come and find out! Thursday, May 4, from 11 am to noon, here at the Aldine Library.

Computer careerWant a job with decent pay, but don’t want to spend 4 years in college? Consider technical school. On Monday, April 24th, at 3:00 pm, a representative from the Professional Career Training Institute will be at the library to talk about their programs in computer hardware, software, and networks; electrical installation and repair; and heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
