Volunteers=Priceless!

Thanks volunteersNational Volunteer Week (April 23-29) seems like a good time to extend our THANKS to all the volunteers who have donated their time and energy to the Aldine Library. Volunteers play an integral part in library services and help us keep the library running. They are a true asset to the community and we sincerely THANK them for everything they do.
If you are interested in volunteering at the library, please stop by the front desk and we will get you signed up. Applications are also available here.

and much more!!

[Original selections or materials must be approved by staff.] Hot Rhymes and Sour Beats is for all ages and will be on Wednesday, April 19, at 4pm. Come! It’ll be fun!

Beginner Email Class / Clases de Correo Electrónico para Principiantes

Computer helpWe see a lot of people at the library applying for jobs online. It seems like every online job application requires an email address.  Doctor’s offices, insurance companies, and utility companies also ask for email addresses so that they can communicate with customers. There will be one on Monday, March 20, 5:00-7:00 pm, in Spanish and one on Tuesday, March 21, 5:00-7:00 pm, in both English and Spanish.
