Houston is full of some amazing local bands. And being so close to Austin, there are many great visiting bands as well. Many venues open their doors to all ages. Check out Hands Up Houston for shows for all ages and Space City Rock for details on many bands and venues.

We're lucky here in Houston to have several professional and semi-professional sports teams. For info on your favorite team check them out by season; for spring - Rockets Mens Basketball and Comets Womens Basketball, for summer - Astros Baseball, for fall - Texans Football, and for winter - Aeros Hockey.
