Summer Authorama 2021!

Let’s welcome back our favorite time-traveling librarians as they take a trip to the totally tubular 1980s! After a run-through of some of the most radical movies and technology of the decade, our heroes travel to 1988, where they run into beloved former Houston Mayor Kathy Whitmire at the opening ceremony for the brand-new Evelyn Meador Library! They learn about the history of Harris County in the 80s and share some book recommendations with Mrs. Whitmire, before returning to the present-day to share their favorite music of the decade (and maybe jam a little air guitar.)
