Description

Fostering Readers is a story time event for emergent readers - mostly readers between the ages of five and eight.  They are beginning to decode words on their own but they also love to be read to.  They’re hungry for stories with complex plots and interesting characters they can’t read on their own yet.

Our fostering readers program will include stories read around, discussions, games and activities based on the story and a chance for your child to browse related books to check out to take home.

If your child has graduated from preschool story time but still loves to be read to, this event is perfect for them.
