1 on 1 Online: Personalized Service Online

With the new 1 on 1 Online service, you will receive the same friendly, personalized customer service you have come to expect at your HCPL branch location, but online and at your convenience. Get help with finding books and movies you will love, basic technology questions, as well as research guidance for business & finance, genealogy, job search, legal resources, and more!

It’s free, it’s easy, and you don’t even need a library card! (though we will be happy to help with that, too!)

  • HCPL's 1 on 1 Online will be happy to help you find answers to your questions. We cannot, however, provide legal, medical, or financial advice, proofread documents nor offer personal opinions.
  • 1 on 1 Online meetings will be recorded for quality assurance.
